Whether you have an upcoming arrival or if you have already arrived, please find helpful information below.
In light of the COVID19 Pandemic and our efforts to reduce the number of employees you must interact with, we are conducting a no-stop key pick up.
- Please email us with your projected arrival window.
- We will respond with the staff member's name and phone number who will be meeting you at your home.
- Please call our staff member at least 30 minutes prior to your arrival.
- When you arrive home, our staff member will be there to greet you, provide you with your keys, and answer any question you may have.

If you are arriving to a furnished unit, your internet log in and password will be on your refrigerator. We offer 100mbps.

If you are arriving to a furnished unit, we offer 50" smart TVs in your living room and a 32" TV in the bedroom.
We do not offer cable services, instead allowing our tenants to stream their favorite apps using their account.
Our 32" TVs have an HD antenna to access local channels.
If you do not have streaming service accounts and would like a membership for your stay, please contact us.
If you are moving into a furnished unit and would like a phone, please contact us. We will set up a VOIP phone in your unit and provide you with your new phone number.
Our furnished properties include cookware, linens, towels, and a small supply of tissues, hand soap, paper towels, and bathroom tissue. Utilities, internet, and landscaping services are also included.

A Move In Inspection is optional and is meant to help you become acclimated to your new home and document any damage you might find. Although we are meticulous in our preparation of your unit, we would like to know if you find any maintenance problems so that we may address them for you.
Additionally, we are here to help you if you need assistance with a number of items ranging from providing extra blankets, appliance operation questions, or anything else we can do to help make your stay comfortable.

Our Operations Specialists offer you a high level of service for any on-site assistance or maintenance needs.
Services can range from a request for extra towels, move in/move out inspections, help troubleshooting appliances, fixing a leaky faucet, and even making a run to the local Target if you forgot your toothbrush!
